Overview

• Personal AI Develops an end to end platform that includes a full suite of applications (mobile, desktop, and browser) and integrations into 3rd party applications (e.g. Chrome, Slack, G-Suite)
• You will lead deployment and management of our cloud-native applications using infrastructure as code and container orchestration tools. Work independently while collaborating with our global engineering team to ensure robust, scalable deployments.
• You will work closely with our customers’ devops teams to deploy, sustain, and maintain Personal AI on-prem deployments within their own clusters. 

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain infrastructure as code using Terraform and CloudFormation
• Deploy and manage Kubernetes clusters using Helm charts
• Automate deployment processes and maintain CI/CD pipelines
• Monitor and optimize cloud resources across AWS environments
• Implement and maintain service mesh architecture using Istio
• Manage critical infrastructure services including MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch, and NATS
• Troubleshoot deployment issues and implement solutions
• Document deployment processes and maintain technical documentation

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience with infrastructure as code (Terraform, CloudFormation)
• Strong expertise in Kubernetes and container orchestration
• Proven experience with Helm chart development and deployment
• Experience with Git version control and CI/CD practices
• Strong problem-solving abilities and independent work ethic
• Fluent in English and clear in understanding and communicating with large enterprise customers

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Istio service mesh
• Knowledge of MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch, Qdrant
• Familiarity with NATS messaging system
• Multi-cloud experience (Azure, AWS, GCP)
• Experience with monitoring and observability tool
