In this week’s newsletter, we’ve got exciting AI updates to boost our Enterprise customer’s productivity. Our new AI Mentions feature lets you collaborate seamlessly with multiple AI Personas in one conversation. Additionally, with Multi-Memory, your AI now taps into a wider knowledge base, making connections across various areas you might have missed. Keep reading to learn how these new features can transform your enterprise operations and give you an edge in today’s fast-paced business world.

AI Mentions: Enhancing Multi-Persona Interaction

Unlock the power of seamless collaboration with AI Mentions, our latest feature that takes multi-persona interactions to new heights. Building on the foundation laid by MODEL-2, AI Mentions allows you to effortlessly engage with multiple AI Personas in a single conversation.

Key Features:

  • Fluid expertise integration across domains
  • Rapid information synthesis from diverse AI Personas
  • Smooth context transitions without switching channels

How it works:

  • Open a channel and go to Channel Settings in the top right corner under AI Controls.
  • In the first settings tab, you can select the default AI Persona for the channel.
  • You can also customize the AI Reply Settings to control how the AI responds when mentioned, depending on the desired behavior of the Persona.

1. Initial Data Request: Start by asking the Data Analyst Persona to provide an overview of the current financial situation.

  • In Channel Settings under the Advanced Settings (third tab), Enterprise customers can now enable Multi-Memory.
  • With Multi-Memory activated, your AI quickly identifies the current context of your conversation by accessing the most relevant memories and knowledge for each situation.
  • As you chat, the AI continually updates its understanding, becoming smarter with each interaction.
  • When the topic shifts, your AI adapts instantly while still being able to reference past contexts if needed.
