Our new Channel Upload feature simplifies adding information to your Persona memory directly while messaging. Plus, our enhanced Advanced Processing capabilities enable seamless extraction of insights from CSVs and PowerPoint files like never before! Channel Upload: Simplify Memory Updates While Messaging

Channel Upload is an exclusive feature for our Enterprise customers, designed to enhance collaborative AI training within team environments. This functionality enables any channel member to contribute directly to the AI’s knowledge base by uploading documents and files to specific AI Personas while messaging. Here are some key benefits of this new feature:

• Every channel member now can actively participate in expanding the AI’s capabilities without requiring admin-level access to Personal AI.
• By enabling channel uploads, companies can leverage the collective expertise of their entire team to create more comprehensive AI Personas.
• This feature not only streamlines the AI training process but also fosters a more efficient knowledge-sharing environment within organizations. It empowers team members at all levels to contribute their unique insights, ultimately resulting in more versatile AIs tailored to the specific needs of the enterprise.

How To Upload Within a Channel

Before uploading to a channel, ensure that the Channel Upload feature is enabled in your AI Control Settings. You can access this setting by navigating to the top-right corner of any channel.

When you toggle the Channel Upload setting to “On,” a plus sign (+) will appear to the left of the message bar. This indicates that you can now upload files directly within the channel.

Uploading to memory in a channel is a straightforward process that allows you to enhance your AI’s knowledge base. Here’s how it works:

• Click the + button to access the upload options.
• You can upload various types of content without going to the Training Studio:
  • Audio (wav, mp3, mp4, mov, and m4a)
  • Files (docx, md, txt, pdf)
  • URL links
  • Plain text directly in the message bar

Advanced Processing: Turn Complex Files into Actionable Insights

We’re excited to introduce our new advanced processing feature! Now, you can upload complex files like large CSV spreadsheets or PowerPoint presentations directly to your AI Personas. With just a quick prompt, you can effortlessly retrieve key information while messaging your AI, making workflows faster and more efficient than ever. See two use cases of these new features below:

Retrieve images from PowerPoints:

• You can now render images directly from your slide decks, making it easier than ever to locate key slides during meetings, recall old presentations, or find exactly what you need without digging through countless folders.

Extract data from complex spreadsheets:

• Our advanced CSV processing technology delivers robust data handling and AI-powered analysis, turning raw datasets into actionable insights. This solution simplifies data import, supports intricate transformations, and utilizes AI for pattern detection and predictive analytics. It provides seamless integration and in-depth insights, empowering you to make data-driven decisions with confidence.

Auto-Reply: Keep the Conversation Going Automatically

Lastly, we’re excited to introduce our new Auto-Reply feature! Now, when you interact with a Persona in a channel, the Default AI will automatically be pre-populated and mentioned in your next chat. This means you can continue your conversation seamlessly without needing to hit the reply button each time. Whether you’re brainstorming, troubleshooting, or just chatting, Auto-Reply ensures a smoother and more efficient interaction with the Persona.
